Real Example on Getting Hired Online

So today, I just want to share an example on getting hired online.
I made my sister an account in bestjobs.ph, last March 21 here is the link http://bestjobs.ph/resumes/filipina-va.

How to create an account in bestjobs.ph, it's easy.

Step 1: Go to bestjobs.ph and add resume.

Step 2: Fill up all details, specially the #s 4 and 5. Kasi eto ang unang makikita ng mga employers and when they search. Example:
Job Title: Virtual Assistant (VA) / Content/Article Writer
Description: "VA, Writer" If you are looking for a reliable, long term and honest Virtual Assistant with a “can do” attitude that you can rely in growing with your company, you won’t be wasting your time in having me in your company. Even though I'm new with SEO and internet marketing, I am very eager to learn and I want this job to be my career for the next 5years. I am passionate in what I do, internet savvy, hardworking, honest and enjoy learning new things. You can view my full profile at http://www.bestjobs.ph/resumes/filipina-va. Let's work together!
It should be enticing and it should show how good you are and your willingness to learn if you don't have any experience in this field. In this example, my sister has no experience kaya be honest nalang.
Step 3: Update your resume one a week.

Kung wala paring nageemail sa inyo for a job opportunity, iupdate nyo ang resume nyo every Thursday siguro. Kasi parang nagrerefresh and bestjobs database everyweek. Ewan ko, basta hindi sya real time eh. Kaya baka matabunan sya ng bagong resumes. Theory ko lang naman yun, pero ang priority kasi ang search result sa kanila is from the most updated resume.

Someone email me for a job, pano ba ang interview?

After 1 or 2 weeks, you should receive a job opportunity email from employers. If not, you can message me maybe there's something missing with your profile.

This is a screenshot my sister's email. So may mga interested parin sa kanya, kahit di sya experienced dahil sinabi nya na willing naman syang matuto.
We have answered them, so you could also choose the employer that's right for you. 


Today my sister got her contract.
